Ronaldo’s Facebook page, which has over 101 million followers,
publicized the campaign, saying: “Let’s all support baby Margarida. No
help is too small.” Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo, has helped to raise €100.000 to give a premature baby a chance to live.
Portuguese baby, Margarida Queiroz, was born in Dubai at 25 weeks on 28 October, but the health insurance of the little one’s parents didn’t cover the hospital costs for treatment of premature babies.
Her treatment costs €5.000 per day, and her family started a campaign to help the family raise funds for her treatment.
